Program Troubleshooting

Every computer is different
and not every computer will run the DCMS perfectly first time out. If you
have any problems in Installing the program or running it, the following
"Frequently Asked Questions" might help resolve your issues. The DCMS is
an ever-evolving program and we try to keep up with changes in the Windows
environment, but it is a very complicated world to live in. Hopefully,
the answers to any problems you are experiencing are on this page.

Program
and Update Installation Problems...

The Installation program won't run.

I think I have downloaded the Update properly, but when I try to install
it, I can't find the file to start the installation.
