With the Percentage Increase Challenge utility, NSDs can tailor-make a campaign that will run all year. Above, Angie is challenging all of her Area Directors to achieve a challenge of 20% increase in  production between Seminar Years 2005 and 2006. There is a minimum production requirement of $4,800 per month, meaning that if, during a month in the first Seminar Year, a Director didn't achieve at least $4,000 production, her goal this year is at least $4,800. This is optional, but we don't want to challenge our people to achieve the minimum, do we?

As indicated, the DCMS has 70 challenges and is ready to print a separate challenge sheet for each Director, telling her what she did in each month and quarter of the previous year and what she has to do in this year to accomplish the challenge. As well, the DCMS is ready to print the form letter entitled "20% Increase" for each Director.
