The DCMS allows you to custom-tailor the Offspring Production Reports to whatever it is that you need right now. You can choose between Category Queen (a descending list of accomplishments for the period), Percentage Increase (a calculation of % increase in any of the nine categories of effort tracked) or Best Month (a report of which month each Director had in the categories). The reports can be for any or all of the nine categories of effort tracked by the DCMS and can be sorted in a variety of ways. This is a very flexible and useful tool.
