Offspring Director Tracking

It's nice to know that no matter how high you climb on the Ladder of Success, the DCMS will grow with you. In fact, right out of the box, the DCMS has all the tools necessary to support your National Area. As your Area develops, you can track the production of all of your Offspring Directors. You will be able to track Adjusted Retail Year-to-Date figures, monthly wholesale production, unit size, ordering Consultants, Unit recruiting and your Offsprings' personal production and recruiting. It's all done easily and can even be cut and pasted from your on-line web reports.
 

Once the Offspring production data is entered, you have a host of tools for reporting what the data represents. For instance, you can report the highest production achieved between any two dates. You can determine when the best month was for any data category within any two periods of time. You can also determine the percentage growth in any of the data categories between any two periods of time. For instance, if you challenge your Offsprings to achieve a 20% Increase in wholesale production between May to July 2005 and the same period in 2006, you can easily track their progress as the figures come in. 

Area Newsletter Functions

Print mailing labels automatically! It's so easy!!! All of your recognition needs are handled for you. Cut Area Newsletter preparation time down by over 70%! The reports can also be transferred to word processing programs to give you professional looking Newsletters from your computer! Recognition can be custom-tailored to your current needs, regardless how big or small your Area is and what you want to recognize at any time!!! It will show you three of the recognition pages of a typical newsletter.

Percentage Increase Utility

The DCMS gives you all the tools necessary to mount a Percentage Increase Challenge to your entire Area. The Percent Increase Challenge utility lets you design a challenge for any amount (i.e. 15%) of percentage increases for wholesale production, unit size, etc. The utility will print custom challenges for each Offspring stating what they did in the first time period and what they need to accomplish in the second. If you are part way through the second period, the report will include where she stands to date and what needs to be done. You can also print a form letter at the same time, so that a 20% Increase Challenge mailout to 100 Offsprings can be accomplished within 45 minutes. It's so easy, you can actually give them monthly updates of their progress with their newsletters.

Full Retreat Manager

Let's be honest. I use the DCMS to organize my wife's business and the hardest task is organizing the annual Area Retreat. Between getting the registrations recorded, determining who rooms with who, sending out receipts, printing name tags, keeping track of who has paid and who hasn't,  and giving the hotel up-to-date rooming lists, it's a full time job! That's why I took my computer expertise and created a program to completely organize retreats, and when I saw how easy it was, I decided to add it to the DCMS. So now, if you are holding a retreat and want some help, give the DCMS Retreat Manager a try. It will save you hours of time, including inputting registrants' name, address, phone, Director, etc automatically if that person was found in your DCMS personnel records or in the records of last year's retreat. I don't know how you got along without this one.
