The "Daily Buzz"

The "Daily Buzz" is a feature of DCMS which comes up at the start of each day, letting you know how many calls you have for the day. You will never again miss another opportunity to keep in touch with the important people in your business and your life. Customer Calls include customers' birthdays, anniversaries and regular customer service calls as well as those of your prospective customers and prospective recruits. The Buzz also reports calls for personal reasons (birthdays and anniversaries) and regularly scheduled Consultant calls on your "to-do" list. You can print the calling list to take with you to work or "tag" the files so you can have DCMS show them to you one at a time.

The "Buzz" also knows if you have marked customers' purchases as being paid by a credit card, but not yet called in. It gives you a friendly reminder to call for those credit card authorizations, and offers you a handy way to mark them "paid" when you do.

If you own  PalmPilot (or compatible) personal organizer, you can use the DCMS to collate and assemble your customer and consultant database and then download the information into your PalmPilot to take with you as you go. It is so easy to download information into your PalmPilot's Address Book or into Microsoft Outlook and have all that information quite literally in the palm of your hand! If you change an address (either mailing or email) or phone numbers, etc, while using your PalmPilot, you can upload your changes to the DCMS right from your PalmPilot docking cradle!

You can use any PDA which uses the Palm Operating System (OS). You do not need a great deal of memory and the most basic of PalmPilots will do. Color screens and extra memory cards are not required. Coming soon will be the capability to upload and download inventory for even more capability.

Tax Records Management

You know it's not enough to present a restaurant bill as an expense to the tax department. You must substantiate with whom and why you dined.
