Accomplishment Sheet Recognition

The DCMS allows you to quickly enter the data from your Consultants' Accomplishment Sheets so you can recognize their efforts in your newsletter. Not only are sales recognized, but the DCMS also awards points for activity and recognizes your Queen of Activity for the month (she might not be making the most sales now, but she is doing the job and will benefit from the recognition until she gets more experience). You can even print labels to stick on the back of class and week ribbons! The data can also give you a report card on you own Unit - telling you what the average Consultant is doing in your Unit - how many bookings, hours, sales, customers etc. and how much she is making an hour. What a great way to know what needs to be taught at the next Success Meeting or Workshop. As well, it lets you know what the Mary Kay opportunity is worth in your city, at this time and in your Unit. If the average Consultant in your Unit makes $55.00 per hour, then you are offering a position that pays on average, $55.00 per hour and you have the proof. It's all right there at your fingertips!

Unit Records Management

Your Unit/Team records are at your fingertips! The Consultant Professional Information screen of the Names Database Management function shows your Consultant's last 4 quarters' productions and graphically shows you what stars she earned on her Ladder. Print an info list and always know wholesale production, addresses, birthdays, phone numbers, where each Consultant is on her Ladder this quarter and more - all in one report. There's a wealth of info, reports and other vital tools to ensure you stay on top of facts you need to know every day!

Newsletter Functions

Using easily-entered summary sheet and wholesale production data, Directors can print recognition reports and paste them right into their Newsletters. Put in the raw sales figures and the DCMS determines sales Queens, prints sales reports and even recognizes who joined recently, who won stars on their ladders and whose birthdays and anniversaries are coming up. Print mailing labels automatically! It's so easy!!! All of your recognition needs are handled for you. Cut newsletter preparation time down by over 70%! The reports can also be transferred to word processing programs to give you professional looking Newsletters from your computer! Seminar Goal Tracking Utility

The DCMS helps you, or the stars in your Unit with their Seminar goals by helping you break down what needs to be done to stand on the Seminar stage in the Queen's Court of your choice. This is a function you can use for yourself to guide you through your year's accomplishments, or you can sit and do a one-on-one with your stars and show them exactly what needs to be done to earn the recognition they crave.
