Inventory Control and Order Processing

Eliminate the guesswork out of inventory control! The DCMS maintains complete, dynamic records of your inventory. Printed stock reports keep you up-to-the-minute on the state of your inventory. You can set maximum and minimum levels for your stock and the DCMS monitors current levels, always ready to suggest your next order. Create wholesale orders directly from your computer. All the math, including taxes, shipping costs, promotions and discount rates, are calculated to the penny in seconds!! When you receive the order, the DCMS helps you verify it and adds the stock to your holdings. 

Product is automatically deducted from your stock as you sell it. You can even keep track of product loaned to or borrowed from other Consultants, with the option of replacing the stock in your next order! The DCMS also records returns from customers! Want to know what product you sell the most? The DCMS tells you! 

Customer Records Management

The DCMS tracks your customers and lets you completely automate your reorder service. Print phone directories and info lists with profiles, colors, fragrances and dates last called. The Datebook option tells you quickly who to call this week- to see if she needs more product or to check and ensure she is enjoying her purchase. One simple process lets you know who to call. The Accounts Receivable utility tracks which customers (and Consultants if you have loaned product) owe you money.

You can produce lists, mailing labels, or send letters to your basic customers, customers in a certain city, or all your customers who use a certain fragrance - or any of a thousand other ways to zero in on exactly those people you want to contact! You ll easily make the most of your customer service!

Sales Development Tools

The DCMS is packed with hints and tools to help you develop higher sales. Most users believe that the DCMS pays for itself in a few months with increased sales income. The DCMS provides lists for your Preferred Customer clients and completely automates your sales support schedule, including your contacts with potential customers! Want to know who to invite to that guest night next week? The DCMS can give you a list of all of your potential recruits

Personal Sales & Income Records

After a class, spend a few minutes at the computer to record the details of your sales, which automatically update your inventory, customer profiles, customer service schedule and even prints bills! The DCMS even lets you record your sales from within the Names Database Management Screen. The DCMS prints your Summary Sheets and more importantly, year-end reports of your retail sales income for your accountant. The DCMS also keeps track of all of your discounts and the product you use for personal use or demos, so it can produce the (Canadian) GST/PST Rebate form. It's so easy, you'll wonder how you ever kept your records straight before! All of these features are seamlessly integrated. You don't have to think about or remember a thing.
