Every computer is different and not every computer will run the DCMS perfectly first time out. If you have any problems in Installing the program or Running it, the following "Frequently Asked Questions" might help resolve your issues. The DCMS is an ever-evolving program and we try to keep up with changes in the Windows environment, but it is a very complicated world to live in. Hopefully, the answers to any problems you are experiencing are on this page.

Installation Problems...

Q.   The Installation program won't run.

Q.   I think I have downloaded the Demo properly, but when I try to install it, I can't find the file to start the installation.

Q.   When I run the Installation program, it freezes on me and won't continue.

Problems Getting the Program Running...

Q.   I don't think the Demo likes to run on Windows XP.

Q.   When I start the Demo, I get a confusing Windows error message indicating a problem with either  the "config.nt" file or the "autoexec.nt" file

Q.   The Demo freezes up or becomes unstable (DB55RUN errors) when I am trying to run it.

Q.   My printer won't print at all from the DCMS, but it prints from other programs.

Problems Using the Program

Q.   It seems that the prices for items in my Inventory are wrong. I think I have the wrong country's Consultant Order Sheet.

Q.  My printer prints everything fine, except for mailing labels.

Q.  My printer prints everything fine, except for Accomplishment Sheets

Q.  When I record a sale, the taxes are being calculated wrong (or not being calculated at all)
