"Daily Buzz"
Here, you see the way a DCMS user starts her day. The "Daily Buzz" quickly collates 21 reasons for calling customers and contacts. Take a look down the lists and think, "how nice it would be if I could be told exactly who I should be calling to build my business today!" The Buzz fills that purpose to a tee. To the right of each category in which the Buzz finds people to call, you are offered the option to Tag the names (which allows you to then enter the program and zero in on their records to call them), or include them on a printed report (which you can take with you to work, or a business trip) or print mailing labels for them. For instance, if you want to print labels for those who have birthdays in the next 7 days, click the appropriate "Labls" box(es) and then click the "Print" button in the Labels block. You can even skip the first few labels on a page, if you have a partially-used sheet of labels. The period of lead time you get before certain notifications is up to you. Above, the Consultant wanted to know a week before birthdays and Anniversaries and three days before service calls. If you want more or less notification, it is easy to change it. When you have seen and used the Buzz the first few times after you have your database built up, you will agree with most of my users that the Buzz is worth the price of the program in itself. There is also a Six Most Important Things to Do utility that pops up daily (or on command) to let you remind yourself of things you want to be reminded to do. You can have tasks repeated daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc. Why trust your memory? Why spend the first 15 minutes of the day trying to determine what you have to do? The Buzz and Six Most Important Things gives you everything you need to do in seconds! |
