From there, the DCMS presents the screen at right, which allows you to add, delete or inspect the order before printing it and submitting it to the Company. There are a number of tools to let you zero in on the exact order you need. For instance, if you need to decrease the order by $25 retail, you can set the "Show Me" value as Ordered Items Only, and set the "Show Items Between Values" to 0 and 25 (dollars) retail value. The list of items will restrict its view to only to items on the current order with a value of $25 or less. Make some changes and click Estimate to see the results. There is even a History feature to let you know how often you sell an item, letting you know if you should decrease that particular product in this order. You can get to your exact Wholesale value in a minute or less!
When you click Continue from this screen, you are offered the options to print the order for. The printout is a perfect worksheet for filling out Company order forms by paper, phone or on-line. You'll have the order completed in under five minutes. The program also remembers the order, adding it to your next Summary Sheet, including the ordered product in your stock readouts and so you can verify the received product (adding it to your stock automatically). |
