Room Rates: 

We will have special room rates negotiated for the Retreat. You must reserve through us to receive these rates, and of course, the hotel determines which services we get based on the number of rooms we fill. For those staying in the hotel overnight (and we heartily recommend the experience) the rooms are filling up quickly and will be reserved on a first-come basis. The following rates (per night) apply.  We will fill the hotel easily this year, but there is an overflow hotel available with very similar acoomodations. A Laurentian Regional tax of $2.00 per room per night will be added to the rate and of course the GST and QST are also not included in the above rates. Consultants and Red Jackets will need to stay overnight on Friday night only. Directors and DIQs will need to stay overnight Friday and Saturday.

First - to get to Mont Tremblant

From Ottawa: - (by car : 2 hours / 150 km / 94 miles)
Take (Quebec) Autoroute 50 East. Get onto 148 East to Montebello. Turn left on route 323 North toward St-Jovite. When you arrive at the end of route 323, continue straight under the underpass and immediately turn left on route 117 North. Continue approximately 5 km past St-Jovite. Turn right onto Montée Ryan at the traffic light (Ultramar station on your left). At the first traffic circle, take the second exit and continue on Montée Ryan, past two golf courses, until you come to another traffic circle. At the second traffic circle, take the second exit, leaving the lake to your right and follow the road (Chemin du Village) as it winds toward the village of Mont Tremblant. You will see a sign for Hotel Du Lac at Chemin de Lac-Tremblant-Nord. Turn right on that road and you will find the Hotel du Lac on the right side at the top of the hill.

From Montreal:  (by car : 90 minutes / 120km / 75 miles)
Take Autoroute 15 North until it merges with route 117 North at Ste-Agathe. Continue along route 117 and take the exit for Montée Ryan and turn right at the stop light onto Montée Ryan. At the first traffic circle, take the second exit and continue on Montée Ryan, past two golf courses, until you come to another traffic circle.

From east of Montreal (ie. Maritimes): (by car : 110 minutes from Lafontaine tunnel / 120km / 75 miles)
When you are approaching Montreal on highway 20 west, take the Lafontaine tunnel and follow highway 40 west to the junction with highway 15. Take Autoroute 15 North until it merges with route 117 North at Ste-Agathe. Continue along route 117 and take the first exit for Montée Ryan and turn right at the stop light onto Montée Ryan. At the first traffic circle, take the second exit and continue on Montée Ryan, past two golf courses, until you come to another traffic circle.

From Toronto:  (by car : 7 hours / 670 km / 419 miles)
Take Highway 401 East. Before Montreal, take Autoroute 13 North (towards Mirabel). Take autoroute 640 East. Take Autoroute 15 North until it merges with Hwy 117 North at Ste-Agathe. Continue along Hwy 117 and take the first exit for Montée Ryan and turn right at the stop light onto Montée Ryan. At the first traffic circle, take the second exit and continue on Montée Ryan, past two golf courses, until you come to another traffic circle.

For Hotel du Lac

At the second traffic circle, take the second exit, leaving the lake to your right and follow the road (Chemin du Village) as it winds toward the village of Mont Tremblant. You will see a sign for Hotel Du Lac at Chemin de Lac-Tremblant-Nord. Turn right on that road and you will find the Hotel du Lac on the right side at the top of the hill.

For La Tour des Voyageurs

At the second traffic circle, take the first exit, leaving the lake to your left and turn onto Chemin Duplessis. Take your first left onto Chemin du Curé Deslauriers. You will see La Tour des Voyageurs at the base of the gondola which takes people up the hill. It will be on your right at 151 Chemin du Curé Deslauriers.
