Role Model. Mentor. Friend. Mom.
Janice exudes the "joie de vivre" and self confidence of a person who has
lived a "perfect" life. But it has been the many challenges that she has
faced that have given her the foundation behind the wisdom in her eyes.
Her primary source of strength is her Faith. Her inspiration comes from
her Area Sales Directors and Consultants, an exceptional group of women
who run their Mary Kay business with their hearts. Her motivation is her
teenage daughter Katie, as a single mom Janice has always strived to give
Katie the best opportunities that life has to offer. Janice's mentor is
U.S. Executive Senior National Sales Director Anne Newbury whose grace,
humour and passion for life has been a wonderful influence.
Janice
is a woman who portrays both strength and style while keeping it real.
She finds joy in everything she does...from being a Mom, to helping other
women, to training to run a marathon, Janice's infectious energy is a gift
to everyone around her.
Janice
and I were Directors in Anne Newbury's Area and met each other in various
training events and travels with Anne. I have always been impressed with
Janice's energy and enthusiasm. It was no surprise when Janice rose to
National Sales Director. She always looked and acted the part. Janice always
knew where she wanted to go and what she needed to do to get there. I so
admire that in her.
Being
here with Janice in celebration of our 20 years as a National Area just
seems right. I am so happy she is here. |
